Taylor Declares Run for District 122 Seat While Duncan Mulls Decision

One of Columbia County’s newest commissioner intends to resign his position to run for the state House seat being vacated next week by State Rep. Ben Harbin.
Commissioner Mack Taylor, who has served District 3 less than seven months, said Wednesday he intended to resign next week after Harbin’s resignation is official on July 7.
