House Candidate Joe Mullins Faces Residency Questions

New documents emerged Friday calling into question whether House District 122 candidate Joe Mullins has met the residency standards to qualify to run for a state legislative office.
Mullins, one of four candidates – including Pat Goodwin, Jodi Lott and Mack Taylor – who qualified in Atlanta on Monday to run for the open legislative seat, has been dogged in recent weeks with accusations of ambiguity about the location of his official residence.
