Georgia has the fourth-highest uninsured rate in the United States after Obamacare took effect, analysis from WalletHub.com shows.
The online financial website reviewed coverage data as the third open-enrollment period for health insurance is now underway and 11.7 percent of the U.S. population still lacks coverage.
