Atlanta United Gives Glimpse of Marietta Training Ground, Academy Plans

Atlanta United Owner and Chairman Arthur Blank, United President Darren Eales and Marietta Mayor Steve Tumlin on Monday morning gave members of the media a peek into its plans for its new $60 million Marietta training ground and its development academy.
Located on Franklin Gateway, the 33-acre will include a 30,000-square-foot headquarters designed by TVS Design and six fields. The club will use the site to hold open training sessions and tournaments, as well as host visiting national and international clubs.
