Monday, April 18th, 2016
Augusta University and the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence signed an agreement Friday to share resources in an effort to develop a cyber-trained workforce in Georgia.
The university plans to enroll more service members partly by increasing the number of cyber courses offered online. In return, the Army cyber center headquartered at Fort Gordon will provide instructors for seminars and short courses, offer internships for Augusta University students and help develop the school’s cyber curriculum.
