Louisiana's Film Biz Down up to 90% as Productions, Workers Retreat to Georgia

After slashing its film incentives in July 2015, Louisiana's film business was off by as much as 90 percent last year, according to the Louisiana Film Entertainment Association.

But Louisiana's loss is Georgia's gain, as productions are now coming here to take advantage of the state's lucrative tax incentive and Louisiana's film workers are following them to find work.
