Ivey Homes is growing again! Grovetown will be receiving another Ivey community located off of Horizon Parkway near Augusta Tech’s Columbia County Campus. Brighton Landing’s first phase will consist of 73 home sites and green space with homes starting in the $160s.  

“Brighton Landing is an exciting opportunity to get in at the beginning stages of a larger mixed-use development. Brighton Landing will have great accessibility to all the retail at the Gateway interchange, as well as employment locations at John Deere, Serta, GIW and Fort Gordon,” said Ivey Homes’ president Matt Ivey.

Providing a variety of floorplans to choose from, Brighton Landing will consist of homes ranging from 3 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms. The model home will soon be under construction, and is scheduled to be finished by the end of September. Until then, Ivey Homes’ other Grovetown location, Canterbury Farms, will be the hub for Brighton Landing’s Community Sales Associates and information for potential customers.

Ivey Homes is planning a Grand Opening Celebration for Saturday, July 15th from 10am-1pm at 105 Brighton Landing Drive, Grovetown, GA 30813.
