Ivey Homes’ second Grovetown community, Brighton Landing, will be having a Model Home Grand Opening Event November 4-5^th. The Grand Opening Event will have home tours, a Rec Tec Grill giveaway and other giveaways, fun and games, and even a pet portrait station for your furry friends.

Brighton Landing is located off of Horizon Parkway near Augusta Tech’s Columbia County Campus. Brighton Landing’s first phase will consist of 73 homesites and green space starting in the $160s.  Providing a variety of floorplans to choose from, Brighton Landing will consist of homes ranging from 3 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms in several different price points.

Brighton Landing’s Model Home is located at 105 Brighton Landing Drive, Grovetown, GA 30813. The Model Home’s normal hours are Monday, Thursday – Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 1pm-6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment only.
