Phillip Hare Named North Augusta Chamber Ambassador of the Quarter

The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce has announced that Phillip Hare, a Recruiter for Troy University Augusta, has been chosen as the Ambassador of the third quarter in 2017.
Hare has served on the Ambassador’s Council since August 2015. This council serves to act as a liaison between among the Chamber staff, board, and membership while actively pursuing the growth of membership to businesses, professionals, individuals and non-profits in addition to promoting chamber benefits, members and community events.
Ambassador of the Quarter is received by an individual in recognition of their dedication the Council and Chamber overall. This individual is someone shows commitment to the Chamber’s mission to assist its members with business development, promotion of economic growth and bringing awareness to the North Augusta Community.
“I enjoy being an Ambassador because it puts me at the forefront of “Connecting North Augusta”. My personality thrives, in part, on assisting new and existing members understand and embrace the role that the Chamber plays in growing their businesses. For me, helping and engaging members is truly enjoyable as well as a delightful challenge” said Hare.
Hare is a native of Greenville, South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Music Degree from Furman University and a Master of Music Degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Hare is married and resides in Aiken, SC.
Hare represents chamber member, Troy University Augusta Georgia Global Campus, an international University that teaches students across the globe online. Hare has been employed with them since 2012. He currently serves as a recruiter for nontraditional Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Students for Troy through their Augusta, GA Support Center.
