Auction Company Sues Augusta National over Trademark Name Green Jacket Auctions

A Florida auction company already in a legal dispute with the Augusta National over the sale of the club’s iconic green jackets filed suit this week to ask the federal court in Augusta to overturn an administration panel decision that the company cannot use the name Green Jacket Auctions.
