Richmond County School Board Passes Millage Increase

The Richmond County Board of Education voted Tuesday in favor of a 19.965 millage rate for the upcoming year, an increase of 0.229. The rate increase would raise homeowners’ taxes by 67 cents per month for homes with a market value of $100,000, according to board documents.
