Paine College Suffers Setback in Accreditation Lawsuit

A judge has granted the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools’ motion for summary judgement in a lawsuit filed by Paine College to prevent the loss of its accreditation, but Paine President Jerry L. Hardee said the historically black college’s fight isn’t over yet.
