North Augusta Passes Ordinance That Allows Public Consumption in Riverside Village

Those who head to Riverside Village in North Augusta to see a baseball game or have dinner will now be able to finish their drinks outside after City Council passed an amendment to its public consumption ordinance during a sometimes-tense meeting Monday evening.
