With Presley Realty coming under the fold of Meybohm Commercial, the combined team will now be the largest commercial brokerage in the greater Augusta, North Augusta, and Aiken Area. The team will be composed of over 25 agents and full-time operating staff to provide market-leading service in the areas of commercial sales, leasing and property management.

Meybohm Commercial began in 1989 under the ownership of E.G. Meybohm and his legacy is a vital part of today’s team which includes having highly trained agents focusing on their client’s priorities. With a broad reach across our region, Meybohm continues to be a major player with dominant market share in both the residential and commercial sales across the region.

Presley Construction began in 1949 and evolved into Presley Realty in the late 1970’s.  The business was passed down to Joel Presley from this father with the notion of preserving the foundation laid with honesty, perseverance, wisdom, and respect. Continuing with a heavy emphasis on exceptional client service, the Presley team focuses on being good stewards by walking in lock-step with their clients throughout the entire commercial real estate process.
