Clock Ticking on Downtown Augusta Depot Development

The clock is ticking on Riverfront at the Depot.
Augusta commissioners gave the development a Jan. 28 deadline last week for several issues to be resolved, including how to provide the remainder of 530 parking spaces the city committed to nearby Unisys. They’re also floating more conditions for the developer to obtain a $14 million city grant.
