First launched in 2014 in the Augusta, Ga. area by developer Dean Conn, Georgia residential builder – Crawford Creek Communities, LLC – stands at the cusp of explosive growth. After witnessing a slow and steady climb in the number of homes built and purchased the last few years, Crawford Creek Communities has already more than doubled the number of homes sold in 2019 during a year rocked by a global pandemic. He believes he’s found the ideal candidate in seasoned Atlanta residential construction veteran, Michael Rosenberg, who has been named the company’s new President and Chief Operations Officer.

Prior to joining the team at Crawford Creek Communities, Michael Rosenberg served in a leadership capacity for a variety of production builders of differing sizes – from Atlanta’s Winmark Homes and Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods to regional builders Ashton Woods and Paran Homes to national builders Ryland Homes and Taylor Morrison. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the 55+ Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
