U.S. Congressman Rick W. Allen (GA-12) announced today that he will be attending the Georgia Grown To Go event in Augusta on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The Georgia Department of Agriculture and Georgia Grown have partnered together to help farmers and alleviate the strain COVID-19 placed on the supply chain throughout the state. Farmers across Georgia will provide in-season produce and fresh produce boxes will be available for purchase. Each box will be $20 and available via a drive-thru process. A portion of the sales will go to a local non-profit.
