City’s Objection to Order Renovating Former Augusta Jail Filed

In a brief filed with the Georgia Court of Appeals, attorneys for the city laid out their assertions as to why Augusta should not be forced to immediately pay for the renovation of two abandoned properties to provided additional space for judicial use.
