Georgia residents, Richard Sasnett III and Ret. Lt. Col Allen D. Grinalds have answered the call to serve their local community, becoming the designated local “Paramedics of Property Damage” with the opening of their new PuroClean franchise located in Augusta, Georgia. Sasnett and Grinalds will lead a team of highly trained technicians to help home and business owners with water, fire, mold, and other property damage, 24/7. PuroClean of Augusta will serve the Augusta, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Harlem, Hephzibah, Thomson, and Waynesboro areas of Georgia.

Sasnett will lead the day to day operations for this location and has spent his career building success in sales and marketing in the healthcare and IT industries. Grinalds will oversee co-ownership management of the franchise after having spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as Lieutenant Colonel. Throughout his military career, Grinalds has been awarded a Distinguished Flying Cross and a Bronze Star for his service while being deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. The duo will be joined by Bill Welsh, who will serve as their general manager, having 25 years of experience in the restoration and remediation industry and holding numerous industry certifications. The franchise owners are also slated to purchase two other PuroClean locations for future development to expand into a multi-unit franchise system.
