New Business Offers Unique Dessert in North Augusta

Jeannette Moseley had recently moved back to Aiken County when she got a craving to eat shaved snow from one of her favorite places. The problem was that the closest Vampire Penguin was in Florida.
Moseley and her husband, Ryan, decided to open one in North Augusta to satisfy her sweet tooth and give the community the opportunity to try a unique type of dessert.
