National Guard Completes Mission at Golden Harvest Food Bank

Sgt. Cory Powell grew up in the Augusta area, and it’s meant a lot to be able to help those in need in his community through the Georgia National Guard.
“It’s meant a great deal to me, especially when we get to passing it out to the community and we see the expression on everyone’s faces,” he said. “When we see their faces, it gives us that sense of accomplishment that we’ve been able to help them.”
