North Augusta Passes City Employee End-of-year Bonus, 2021 Merit Increase

North Augusta City Council on Monday approved a 1% end-of-year bonus for nearly all city employees along with a 2% merit increase in 2021.
The resolution states the one-time bonus will apply to employees hired before Oct. 1 who are active at the time of distribution and in good standing with their most current performance evaluations.
