Hawk Law Group welcomes trial attorney A. Keith “Kip” McAlister Jr. to the practice. 

Before joining the group, McAlister worked in private practice throughout South Carolina and Georgia representing individuals and families of loved ones who suffered serious injuries and wrongful death, including victims of nursing home neglect and medical malpractice.

Over his decade-long career, McAlister has also assisted individuals and companies navigate governmental and other actions in state and federal court while working in several practice areas including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, toxic torts, general construction, lender liability, premises liability, and criminal law.  

McAlister earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2009, where he served as Student Bar Association Senator and on the Executive Leadership Council. Prior to law school, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Presbyterian College, where he played football and baseball. 

McAlister is admitted to practice in South Carolina, Georgia, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina.

Born in Edgefield, McAlister lives with his family in Aiken.
