Columbia County Fire Rescue (CCFR) will be out in the community at Mullins Crossing, Evans Walmart Supercenter, Furys Ferry Walmart Neighborhood Market, Kroger Marketplace Lewiston Road, and Kroger Merchants Village (Columbia Road) for their annual boot drive April 29 – May 1 and May 6 – 8 from 10AM until 2 PM and 3 PM – 7 PM. The monies collected from the boot drive will go to Columbia County Community Connections and the Burn Foundation of America.

Columbia County Fire Rescue does not keep any of the monies raised and splits the total evenly between the two non-profit organizations selected.

The community has been extremely supportive of the past boot drives by donating approximately $51,400 during the 2020 boot drive.
