Leadership Columbia County Class of 2022 had its Orientation and Meet the Class Thursday, August 12 at Savannah Rapids Pavilion.  This Columbia County Chamber of Commerce’s leadership program is made possible by Title Sponsor TaxSlayer and Premier Sponsors Cranston Engineering, Harlem Family Dental and Herbert Homes. During the Meet the Class event, past graduates of Leadership Columbia County welcomed the newest class.

The LCC Class of 2022 will hold its two-day retreat later this week. Leadership training will be led by Scott Johnson, County Manager for Columbia County, who also serves as a leadership innovator, management consultant, college professor and the founding partner of Excellence Exceeded Consultants.  Scott is a graduate of Leadership Columbia County, Leadership Augusta and Leadership Georgia.  The Retreat will be full of team building exercises, including conquering the high ropes course at Pointes West Army Resort in Appling.

The chair of the 2022 Leadership Class is Meredith Burkett, with Elliot Davis, and a Leadership Columbia County 2018 graduate.
