North Augusta Chamber Names Ambassadors of the Third Quarter

The Greater North Augusta Chamber announced that Faye Purcell, a Member of the North Augusta Lions Club and Delores Martin, an Independent Beauty Consultant, have been chosen as the Ambassadors of the Third quarter in 2021.
Ambassador of the Quarter is received by an individual in recognition of their dedication to the Council and Chamber overall. These individuals are people who show commitment to the Chamber’s mission to assist its members with business development, promotion of economic growth and bringing awareness to the North Augusta Community.
Purcell has served on the Ambassador’s Council since 2016. “I enjoy being an Ambassador because I like this community and the people in it. I just want to help make it a better community and I like to serve. I think the Chamber plays such an important role bringing the community together and I am proud to be a part of that,” said Purcell.
Since 2001, Purcell has represented the North Augusta Lions Club, a civic organization that serves the needs of the North Augusta Community. She currently serves as the Administrative Chair. A native of Eastman, Georgia, she is retired from Palmetto Federal Bank. Purcell resides in North Augusta, SC.
Martin has served on the Ambassador’s Council since September 2016. “I enjoy being an Ambassador because it allows me to be involved in the community and work with local businesses as well as network while helping enhance my business,” said Martin.
Since 2006, Martin has represented Mary Kay, an international company that enriches the lives of women through products and services. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she is retired from Savannah River Site – Westinghouse. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Limestone College. Martin resides in North Augusta, SC.
