Tianna M. Bias, the head of Hawk Law Group’s criminal defense division, has been selected for inclusion into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers in Georgia, an honor given to a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field. 

“When we were looking for a good young trial lawyer to join the practice, a local superior court judge said Tianna Bias is the best lawyer in the community, period,” said Vic Hawk, founding partner of Hawk Law Group. “That has been our experience as well. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to the top 40 attorneys in each state or region. They have achieved outstanding results in their careers in civil plaintiff or criminal defense law.

Bias is an honor graduate of Savannah Law School, where she earned her juris doctorate. A graduate of Leadership Augusta Class of 2020, Bias is a certified court-appointed special advocate and a certified civil mediator.
