For the agents and staff at Meybohm Real Estate, the annual awards gala is the best  night of the year. Everyone came together tonight last night at the Columbia County Performing  Arts Center to celebrate each other’s accomplishments and achievements throughout 2o21.  Award-winners like Residential Agent of the Year, Commercial Agents of the Year, New Homes  Communities of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and others were recognized for their  achievements. After a year where everyone said “there’s nothing to buy,” Meybohm broke their  own best year record from 2020. Residential sales grew 25.3%, commercial sales grew a  whopping 73%, all totaling up to 19% growth company-wide from 2020. With over 14.2 homes  sold every day, Meybohm successfully closed over $1.67 billion in overall sales across all  divisions.  

Greg Oldham was named Meybohm’s #1 Residential Agent in the CSRA for the 2nd year in  a row, with a sales volume of over $96 million. Jordan Collier was named Top Commercial Sales  Agent, highlighting a great year, including Meybohm’s largest transaction, a $10 million deal  with University Prompt Care. Whispering Pines was named #1 Neighborhood with over $30  million in sales. 

Meybohm focused on culture and growth in 2021 and achieved just that. With 354  agents, there were 4,991 transactions in a year where Real Estate could be perceived as  unsteady. The agents worked together, worked as a family, and recorded another year as the #1  Brokerage across all markets.
