United Way of the CSRA has recently announced new community leaders to its 2022 Board of Directors. Elected by its Board of Directors, these local community leaders include executives from Amazon, Destination Augusta, JANUS Research, Starbucks and bring their career expertise and passion for philanthropy to advance our mission of Leading Families Forward. 

New members elected to a 3-year term to the Board of Directors include:

• John Dewey, President & CEO, JANUS Research Group
• Neil Gwynne, Site Manager, Amazon
• Trent Snyder, VP of Finance and Administration, Destination Augusta
• Melissa Speight, Partner Resources (HR) Manager, Starbucks

United Way of the CSRA Board of Directors are responsible for overseeing the organization’s mission and raise awareness around the Leading Families Forward initiative, which aims to help residents across four focus areas in our 12 county footprint: Childhood Success, Youth Success, Workforce Development, and Access to Resources.
