Hawk Law Group is proud to announce that Kip McAlister has been named a Civil Plaintiff - Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Georgia by The National Trial Lawyers.

Before joining Hawk Law Group in February 2021, McAlister worked in private practice throughout South Carolina and Georgia representing individuals and families of loved ones who suffered serious injuries and deaths, including victims of nursing home neglect and medical malpractice.

McAlister was born in Edgefield and has spent most of his life in South Carolina.  He is a graduate of Presbyterian College, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Physics while playing football and baseball for the Blue Hose.  He then earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2009, where he served as Student Bar Association Senator and on the Executive Leadership Council. He now resides in Aiken with his family.
