Augusta's African American Caddies Panel Discussion at the Lucy Craft Laney Museum of Black History

The Lucy Craft Laney Museum is very pleased to announce the return of our Senior Luncheon Speaker Series. “Reading The Greens, A Panel Discussion with Augusta's African American Caddies” will be held Wednesday, September 14th, 11:30 a.m. in the Laney Museum Conference Room located at 1116 Phillips Street, Augusta, GA 30901.
Panelists include Tommy “Burnt Biscuit” Bennett, Robert “Cigarette” Jones, Henry “J. Knox” McClendon, Ike “Stabber” Choice, Walter “Roudhead” Newton, Jr., Henry “Buck” Moore, Jim “Big Boy” Dent, and Jariah “Bubba” Beard.
The panel moderator will be Conan Sanders, who currently serves as a Coach for NIKE Leadership Camps. Sanders is a golf professional who has seen success playing on the Sunbelt Senior Tour and various other Senior Mini Tours.
