Augusta Housing and Community Development Department in partnership with Jeremey Johnson of Vetted Investments and Acquisitions, LLC will participate in a Groundbreaking Ceremony on Thursday, November 10th at 2:00pm for the Greene Pointe Community at Cedar Street located at 1113 Cedar Street, Augusta GA, 30901.

The Greene Point Community is a project in support of the overarching Laney Walker/Bethlehem Revitalization Project and is targeted at meeting the affordable housing needs of Augusta’s Veteran Community in addition to the families of the CSRA. The first phase of this community will consist of four high-quality, two-bedroom, two-bathroom single family homes featuring hardwood floors, modern kitchen with island seating, carpeted bedrooms, and cover porches in the front and rear of the homes.
