The Empty Stocking Fund has been a mainstay in the CSRA for over 90 years, and this year is no different. We believe that EVERY child deserves to have joy-filled, magical, holiday memories, but because many families in our community are struggling with increased costs and other hurdles, holiday gifts might not be possible for all children in our community. 

And while there are various holiday gift distribution programs in the community, what makes the Empty Stocking Fund of the CSRA unique is that this program allows parents to choose which toys and gifts they want to give their children. Parents go online to apply and register their children, upload proof of benefits, and once approved, parents shop in an online e-store to choose the gifts on their child’s wish list. After shopping online, parents then choose to pick up their gifts from one of our three local Empty Stocking Fund of the CSRA partner locations.

This year, the pickup locations will be at the Boys & Girls Club Headquarters located at Hub East, Augusta Technical College in Waynesboro, and Augusta Technical College in Grovetown. 

Our community needs your help to support families through the Empty Stocking Fund of the CSRA program. The Empty Stocking Fund has helped make Christmas better for those who needed it for over 90 years. Last year, the program assisted 2,300 children throughout the CSRA. There’s an increase in requests this year, so we need support from the community to continue meeting the needs of these families and the wishes of these children.
