Joshua Cline, a Meybohm Real Estate Agent out of their Aiken office, was awarded the title of 2022 Realtor of the Year by the Aiken Association of Realtors at last night’s Awards Banquet. Realtor of the Year is a prestigious award that is only given to those who display the highest standard of character, integrity, leadership, community involvement, and have earned the respect of fellow Realtors through their actions in the day-to-day business of real estate.

Joshua has been in Real Estate for over 5 years and this year alone, has closed over $42 million in sales alongside his team. In addition to being one of Meybohm’s top producing agents, Joshua serves and volunteers at several Aiken charities and organizations, and he is the founder of Cline Cares Program, giving back to a local charity each month. The Aiken Association of Realtors described him as “...a hardworking, compassionate Realtor and proven leader, motivator, and mentor.”
