For the agents and staff at Meybohm Real Estate, the annual awards gala is the best night of the year. Everyone came together tonight last Thursday night, February 9th, at the Augusta Convention Center to celebrate each other’s accomplishments and achievements throughout 2o22. Award-winners like Residential Agent of the Year, Commercial Agents of the Year, New Homes Communities of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and others were recognized for their achievements. With over 10 homes sold every day, Meybohm successfully closed over $1.47 billion in overall sales across all divisions.

Greg Oldham was named Meybohm’s #1 Residential Agent in the CSRA for the 3rd year in a row, with a sales volume of over $108 million. Jordan Collier was named Top Commercial Sales Agent, highlighting a great year, including Meybohm’s largest transaction, a $13 million dollar deal in New Bern, North Carolina. Whispering Pines was named #1 Neighborhood with over $26 million in sales.

Meybohm focused on culture and growth in 2022 and achieved just that. With over 350 agents, there were 3,100 transactions in a year where Real Estate could be perceived as unsteady. At the end of the year where Meybohm encouraged people to “Trust the Market Leader,” the agents worked together, worked as a family, and recorded another year as the #1 Brokerage across all markets.
