Aiken Movie Night in the Park

The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department will host “Movie in the Park” on Saturday, June 3, 2023. The movie will be in the tiered amphitheater area at Beverly D. Clyburn Generations Park, 700 Mack Henry Holland Drive.
Community input determined that Puss in Boots: The Last Wish will be featured. Join us as we follow Puss in Boots (and his fairy tale friends and foes) on an epic journey to find the Last Wish and restore his nine lives.
Be sure to grab your lawn chairs, blankets, family, and friends. The movie will begin about 10 minutes after sunset, for you to enjoy the film under the stars. This will be around 8:55 p.m.
This event is free, and gates will open at 6:30 pm. While we wait for the sun to set, stop by the food vendors - Beef’d Up and Whipped Creamery. Don’t forget to grab free popcorn sponsored by Unity Dance Company, explore yard games, enjoy a choreographed demonstration by Aiken Saber Academy, face painting, balloon twisting, and more! Please be sure to “leave no trace” in our park by placing all trash in the nearby receptacles, and remember no alcoholic beverages are allowed. Also, this is a Tobacco Free Park! Thank you for not using any form of tobacco or electronic vaping devices on this property.
