ATC Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Young to Chief Information Officer. In this new and integral role, Young will be responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, cyber security initiatives, technology evaluation and implementation, as well as data analytics.

With an extensive background in information technology and a distinguished career in the military, Young brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ATC. As a retired Army Colonel and former Director of Solutions Architect for BAE Systems, Young has demonstrated his ability to drive innovation, enhance security measures, and optimize technology solutions.

In his role as CIO, Young will lead ATC’s efforts in strategic technology alignment, cybersecurity and data protection, digital transformation and innovation, operational efficiency and scalability, and data analytics and business intelligence. As a member of ATC’s Executive Committee, Young will contribute his leadership and organizational skills to help shape ATC's future growth and success.
