Security Federal Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Shane Bagby to Senior Vice President/Financial Services Officer/SBA Programs Manager.

Shane will continue his role as a commercial lender while also managing the business development process for the origination of specialized SBA lending products and services. He will also identify and monitor market trends and develop relationships with SBA Lender Relations Specialists, SBA District Offices, and Industry Associations. Shane will work cooperatively with Business Development Officers (BDO) and other departments of the Bank to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in loan fulfillment and customer loan support.

Security Federal has 19 full-service branches located in Aiken, Ballentine, Clearwater, Columbia, Graniteville, Langley, Lexington, North Augusta, Ridge Spring, Wagener and West Columbia, South Carolina and Augusta and Evans, Georgia. The Bank’s newest branch, located in downtown Augusta, Georgia, recently opened in April 2023. It is a full-service branch offering depository banking as well as commercial and consumer lending.
