Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is excited to partner with the Police Benevolent Foundation to present Rock for the Cops on the Runway!
The Rock for the Cops on the Runway is a benefit concert highlighting the talents of nationally renowned artists NightTrain International and Hells Bells. These tribute bands for Guns N’s Roses and AC/DC have traveled the world highlighting their rocking talents.
Rock for the Cops on the Runway is a benefit concert for the Police Benevolent Foundation. The PBF is a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) established by the Southern States Police Benevolent Association in 2005. The PBF provides financial support for the families of fallen law enforcement officers, funds scholarships for their children, and provides resources to help them with PTSD and suicide prevention.
“We are humbled to host this concert in support of the PBF and are grateful to PBF members and the entire law enforcement community for all they do to keep us safe,” said Herbert L. Judon Jr., Airport Executive Director. “This assuredly will be a cool event which aligns with our continued commitment of public service and community access to the Airport.”
Randy Byrd serves as the Director of Foundation and Media Relations for the SSPBA. He said, "We are proud to be partnering with the Augusta Regional Airport for this incredible event." Their support truly demonstrates that they care for officers and their families and the community they serve," he added.
