Columbia County Apartment Complex Fetches $70.7 Million After $3.3 Million in Renovations

One of Columbia County’s biggest apartment complexes has changed ownership.
The 358-unit Ansley at Town Center, off Rountree Way in Evans, was purchased by The Shoptaw Group, a private Atlanta-based real estate investment group, commercial real estate broker Cushman & Wakefield recently announced.
