Meg Thompson-Webb promoted to ATC Development's Vice President of HR

ATC Development is thrilled to announce the promotion of Meg Thompson-Webb to the position of Vice President of Human Resources. In this new role, Thompson-Webb will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's personnel strategy and fostering a culture of excellence. 

Thompson-Webb joined ATC in October 2021 as the Human Resources Manager. She’s held the title of Talent Director since 2022. Before joining the company, she was the Human Resources Manager for Cintas and Director of Human Resources for Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA.  

An alumna of Augusta Technical College, Thompson-Webb is a distinguished member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds both Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-Certified Professional certifications. With over two decades of experience in the field, Thompson-Webb has demonstrated her commitment to HR excellence through her contributions in staffing, strategic planning and employee relations. 

Throughout her career, Thompson-Webb has consistently exhibited outstanding leadership and a keen understanding of the intricate nuances of talent management. Her ability to align HR strategies with the company's overall objectives has been instrumental in enhancing the organization's performance and fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.

Thompson-Webb, originally from Warrenton, Ga., has deep roots in the Central Savannah River Area. Alongside her husband, Byron, Meg is a devoted enthusiast of football and music. The couple also shares their love with their treasured rescue dogs Sadie, Layla and Aubrey. 

ATC Development, based in Augusta, Ga., began developing multi-family communities in 1973. Its portfolio now consists of 9 properties and over 2,200 units in the Southeastern region. ATC builds, owns and manages its own apartment portfolio - a process unique to the industry that the company credits to its sustainable success.
