Meybohm Real Estate is excited to announce a significant expansion for Rooted Coffeehouse, located in Suite 213 at the Meybohm Building in Evans Town Center. Rooted Coffeehouse, a beloved local establishment known for its exceptional coffee and warm atmosphere, will be taking over the entire space, previously shared with Alumni Cookie Dough, to enhance its culinary offerings and provide customers with an expanded menu featuring a variety of lunch and dinner items.

The decision to expand Rooted Coffeehouse comes as a response to the growing demand from customers for a more diverse and substantial menu. The expanded space will allow Rooted Coffeehouse to offer a new range of offerings, including things like grain bowls, bone broth, and fresh juices. Heather Needles, co-owner of Rooted Coffeehouse, said “We’re excited to curate a menu that looks different from our current offerings, but are items we long to bring to our community. We know that when we nourish the roots, we tend to the soul, and that is what we plan to accomplish with this new menu!”
