Helms College Hosts Ribbon Cutting of its New Welcome Center

The CSRA Community and Media are invited to a celebration at the Goodwill and Helms College Augusta Campus on what would be the 161st birthday of Goodwill founder Rev. Edgar J. Helms. Everyone is welcome to the ribbon cutting of the Helms College Welcome Center, then stay for a behind-the-scenes tour of the Goodwill Retail Store and Helms College. Customers can enjoy specials and discounts at our retail store, Edgar's Bakehouse and Edgar's Grille.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Helms College Welcome Center Ribbon Cutting: 9:30 a.m.
Community leaders will join the Goodwill and Helms College teams for a ceremony that officially opens the Welcome Center (3133 Washington Road in the former bank building).
Behind-the-Scenes Tours: 10 a.m. | 11 a.m. | Noon
Each of the three identical tours leaves the Welcome Center at the top of the hour.
