Dougherty County Commission Chairman Chris Cohilas talks about the impact of the recent tornados in Albany and Dougherty County over the past month - the devastation, loss of life and property, and the impact on business and industry. He also discusses how the community has come together like never before to help those impacted, but despite the best efforts, more help is needed as local resources are maxed out.
