REALTORS of Greater Augusta Announce 2024 REALTOR of the Year: Pat Goodwin

The REALTORS of Greater Augusta (RGA) are pleased to announce Pat Goodwin of Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate as their 2024 REALTOR® of the Year. Goodwin was selected from a pool of highly qualified candidates nominated by their peers. This year’s selection process was particularly competitive, with 16 nominations received and 12 applicants vying for the prestigious award.
Goodwin’s dedication to the community and the real estate profession shone through. A long-time member of RGA, Goodwin has consistently demonstrated leadership and commitment, serving as a committee chair, local director, and state director. Her active involvement includes attending numerous conferences and contributing significantly to the organization’s success.
Beyond her service within RGA, Goodwin has a deep history of community involvement, leading and serving numerous non-profit and community organizations. Prior to her real estate career, Goodwin served as the Director of Community Relations and Marketing for a local real estate company, supporting over 100 agents.
