Management Analysis and Utilization, Inc. (MAU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Baker Edwards Hatcher to President of MAU, Inc. Founded in 1973, MAU is a family-owned workforce solutions company serving the manufacturing, supply chain, and technology sectors. Recognized as one of the top 75 largest staffing firms in the United States for 2025, MAU is driven by its mission of making lives better through its Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) and 3Ci technology service divisions.

Baker represents the third generation of family leadership at MAU, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, company founder William G. Hatcher, Sr., and his father, Randall W. Hatcher, who will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Since joining MAU in 2015, Baker has consistently demonstrated a commitment to growth and innovation, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company's geographic footprint, service capabilities, and client base.

Throughout his career at MAU, Baker has held key leadership roles in operations and sales, most recently serving as Vice President of Client Services for 3Ci, following a successful tenure as Director of Business Development for MSC. Before joining MAU, Baker built a successful career in New York with Korn/Ferry International, a global organizational consulting firm, and PageGroup (Michael Page International), a worldwide leader in professional recruitment and talent solutions.

Baker holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an alumnus of Leadership Georgia and Leadership Greenville and currently serves on the boards of MSC, 3Ci, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, and Augusta Tomorrow. He is also a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

As President, Baker will lead MAU's strategic growth initiatives, strengthen key partnerships, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence. He will be supported by division presidents Doug Duncan (MSC) and Andrea Densmore (3Ci).

"Baker's leadership, business acumen, and ability to build meaningful relationships make him uniquely qualified to guide MAU into its next chapter," said Randall W. Hatcher, CEO. "His deep understanding of our industry and vision for the future will be instrumental as we continue to leverage the strengths of both MSC and 3Ci."

Reflecting on his new role, Baker Hatcher shared, "It's an incredible honor to continue the legacy my grandfather and father built. I'm deeply committed to MAU's mission and excited to work alongside our talented teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients and communities. Together, we'll continue to innovate, grow, and make a lasting impact."

Baker's appointment marks a significant milestone in MAU's legacy of thoughtful succession planning and enduring stewardship. His promotion reflects the company's commitment to long-term growth and the values that have defined MAU for over 50 years.
