Premier Networx, an award-winning managed IT services provider, today announced the appointment of Spencer Kemmeling as Chief Executive Officer. Founder Chad Harpley will continue in his role as President, focusing on client relationships, growth, and new business development.

As part of a long-term leadership plan, Harpley determined that separating operational leadership from relationship leadership would best position the company for continued growth and exceptional client service.

“Premier Networx has always been built on thoughtful, intentional decisions,” said Chad Harpley, Founder and President. “Bringing on a CEO was part of a long-term plan to ensure our clients and team are supported as we continue to grow. This transition allows me to spend even more time with our clients while Spencer focuses on leading the organization forward.”

Kemmeling holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University- Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Organizational Leadership from Butler University. His academic background, combined with nearly two decades of experience across investment banking, technology, operations, and executive leadership, has equipped him with a well-rounded, strategic approach to growth. He has held leadership roles at organizations including Blackbaud, Oracle, and most recently served as Vice President of Rigor Insights. This combination of experience across both large and small businesses makes Kemmeling uniquely qualified to help lead Premier Networx into its next chapter.

“What drew me to Premier Networx was not just the business, but the heart behind it,” said Spencer Kemmeling, CEO of Premier Networx. “This is a company that truly lives its values, puts customers first, and takes pride in doing the right thing. I’m honored to step into this role and excited to build on the strong foundation Chad and the team have created.”

Premier Networx also announced a strategic partnership with Lyra Technologies, a family of managed IT services companies that supports founder-led organizations while allowing them to remain independently operated. Premier Networx will continue to operate under the same name, leadership team, employees, culture, and service model clients have
come to trust.

“Accepting the investment from Lyra was an independent decision,” Harpley added. “We chose Lyra because they respect our vision, our culture, and our independence, and are committed to supporting our long-term growth without changing who we are. Our people, processes, and culture are not changing. What’s changing is our access to additional resources to serve clients even better.”

Founded in 2013, Premier Networx has grown into the CSRA’s leading outsourced IT partner, trusted by organizations across industries to keep their businesses secure, efficient, and future-ready. The Lyra partnership provides access to expanded cybersecurity capabilities, advanced tools, and shared best practices across a national network of IT leaders.

Leading this next chapter is Spencer Kemmeling, whose role as CEO is centered on preserving what makes Premier Networx unique while thoughtfully expanding its capabilities.

With Kemmeling as CEO, Harpley continuing as President, and Lyra Technologies as a long-term partner, Premier Networx is well-positioned to expand its offerings, deepen client relationships, and deliver even greater value to the CSRA business community.
