The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce will host its upcoming Power Luncheon on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 at 11:30 AM, featuring a timely and informative program titled “The Real Estate Reality Check: What Every Homeowner Needs to Know in 2026.”

This luncheon will provide a clear, practical look at today’s housing market, including current trends in home values, mortgage rate volatility, insurance challenges, and emerging solutions shaping the future of housing. Designed for homeowners, business professionals, and community leaders, the program will focus on what these shifts mean in real, day-to-day terms.
