Wheels Up Day of Service for Meals Up Initiative

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Thursday, April 2nd, 2026

Wheels Up will return to Golden Harvest Food Bank for their sixth annual Day of Service during tournament week. Team members will volunteer at the Food Bank’s Produce Rescue Center, helping sort and pack fresh produce for distribution across the region.

Volunteers will also serve alongside Golden Harvest staff at The Master’s Table Community Kitchen, supporting meal service for neighbors in need.

Golden Harvest Food Bank serves 24 counties across Georgia and South Carolina, covering more than 10,000 square miles. Each year, the organization provides more than 15 million meals to individuals and families facing hunger.

Wheels Up has been a continued partner in helping expand access to food through volunteer service and meal support tied to their Masters Week presence in Augusta. Through its Meals Up initiative, the company has helped provide nearly 90 million total meals nationwide to address food insecurity.

Locally, this partnership has helped provide over 177,000 meals to neighbors in need across the Food Bank’s service area.

"Giving back to the Augusta community ahead of one of the biggest weeks in golf is something we take real pride in," said Kristen Lauria, Chief Marketing Officer of Wheels Up. "Our partnership with Golden Harvest through the Meals Up Day of Service reflects who we are as a brand, and we're proud to deepen that commitment again this year."

“We are grateful for Wheels Up and their continued partnership,” said Amy Breitmann, President and CEO, Golden Harvest Food Bank. “Their support helps us reach more neighbors with the food they need, and their commitment to our community continues to make a meaningful difference.”

Camera crews, photographers, and reporters will be invited to capture this day of service and its impact on the local community.
