In her decade with M3 Agency, Amy Callan has shown she thrives across every phase of the creative process. As she moves into the role of Senior Content Designer, she will continue doing what she does best: bringing big ideas to life through exceptional design and copywriting, while also stepping up to help guide our creative process and ensure each and every deliverable hits the mark.

Noah Pulley has been driving M3’s search and digital marketing efforts since 2019, serving as our resident expert in SEM, Google Analytics, and SEO. Noah boasts several industry certifications across Google Ads, SEMrush toolkits, and the Simpli.fi platform. In his new role as Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, Noah will take the lead on high-level digital strategies, translating raw metrics into high- impact growth strategies for M3’s client accounts.

Lydia Deisch has been at the heart of our social team’s growth, bringing the energy and strategy that keeps our clients ahead of the curve. Known for her ability to get clients comfortable on camera, Lydia specializes in turning creative concepts into high-performing, viral videos. As she transitions into her new role of director, she will continue to lead the department, help refine campaign strategies, and focus on maximizing reach for client feeds.
